Reiki Session

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before your appointment may have the deposit transferred one time to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their scheduled appointment and are still responsible for the full session fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited. Your reserved appointment time includes pre-session conversation/check-in, consultation, the Reiki session itself, and reasonable post-session discussion. Additional conversation or consultation does not extend the scheduled appointment time and may require a separate consultation. If Balance Mind Body & Soul must cancel your appointment, you may choose to transfer your deposit to another appointment or receive a refund. Completed Reiki services are non-refundable, and payment is for the time and service provided rather than a guaranteed outcome.
